Our team had  formal training as an industrial teacher specialising in coaching, organisation and career development. We have more than 20 years experience in sales for both international and smaller companies in Germany and Italy.

We have a deep knowledge of the Italian and German cultures and Intercultural Management. In addition, as a core competence, we can offer sales and marketing activity on a project basis, such as required for the development of new markets, developing/acquiring supply chain partners, restructuring and personnel development.

We are fluent in five European languages: Italian (Mother tongue), German, French, Spanish – and of course, English. Intercultural Coaching can take place where you are. We also have experience of integrating and centralising departments both nationally and internationally.
